Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nuptco ("Service"), operated by Nuptco ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Who can use Nuptco. The Service is designed for professional wedding planners and event coordinators. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
The service
Nuptco provides a software platform that enables wedding planners to:
- Import and manage guest lists organized by household
- Generate unique RSVP links and collect guest responses
- Track RSVP status and send email reminders
- Export guest data for vendors (caterers, seating charts, etc.)
- Share read-only wedding summaries with couples
Features vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@nuptco.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account may be used by one planner or, on Studio plans, by up to five team members. Sharing a single account login across more than the permitted number of users is not allowed.
Billing and payment
Starter plan (per-event): You pay $69 per wedding at the time you activate that wedding. Payment is non-refundable once a wedding is activated and RSVP links have been generated.
Pro and Studio subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually in advance. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry using the payment method on file. After three failed attempts, your account will be downgraded to Starter access. Existing wedding data is not deleted.
Price changes:We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, effective at the next billing cycle.
Free first wedding
New accounts may activate one wedding free of charge, with no credit card required. The free wedding is subject to Starter plan limits (300 guests, 2 reminder sends). Only one free wedding per organization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Nuptco for any purpose other than legitimate wedding and event planning
- Upload guest data without a lawful basis to do so under applicable privacy law
- Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam through Nuptco's email infrastructure
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
- Resell or white-label access to the Service without a written agreement with us
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair our systems
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Your data
You own your data. Guest lists, RSVP responses, and wedding details you create in Nuptco belong to you. You can export your data in CSV format at any time from the Export section of any wedding.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Guest data compliance.You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process your guests' personal information. You agree to comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent regulations) when using Nuptco to collect RSVPs.
Guest-facing RSVP pages
When guests submit RSVPs through Nuptco, they interact with a page operated by Nuptco on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring guests understand their information is being collected. The Nuptco Privacy Policy applies to guest data; you should reference it in any communications you send to guests.
Intellectual property
The Nuptco platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Nuptco and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuptco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost data, lost revenue, or failed RSVPs — arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted. After that period, we cannot recover deleted data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
